Getting Started

Get help with first steps

You need to create a super-user account on the "Create an account" page. One company can only have one super-user. You need to provide a username, email, and company name. This user can then add team members in the Settings under the Users tab, who will also use the bot, and create a connection with AppStore/Google Play under the Connections tab. Only the super-user will have access to creating and editing Connections, as well as the ability to manage other company users: adding new ones, removing them, and assigning admin rights.

After creating an account, it is necessary to establish a connection between the bot and your Google Play/App Store account so that the bot can send responses to comments from your players. This can be done in the settings under the Connections section.

No, you can use any other email. The connection between the autoresponder and the Developer Console will be established when creating the connection in the settings.

Yes, it is necessary for the proper functioning of the bot, considering the specifics of your game and community interaction.

Bot Configuration

On the General tab, you need to provide the email address of your support service. The bot will use this email address when responding to player reviews.

Yes, for the bot to function correctly, it's necessary to complete all sections of the Dataset. In the robot instructions field, you can provide general instructions for the bot that will be used when generating responses to all comments. For example, you can ask it not to mention new versions or to address users in a specific manner.

Issue answers are pairs of likely questions from players and desired responses from the bot, such as addressing possible game issues raised by users. Here, you can set up response options for any recurring inquiries.

On the Template Phrases tab, you can specify responses to reviews rated 5 stars and to reviews with low ratings from 1 to 3 stars. Template phrases allow you to define the stylistic response of the bot, tailored to the genre of the game.

When this switch is activated, all replies to comments will be sent in English, regardless of the original language of the comment.

When this mode is enabled, the app operates autonomously, automatically sending responses to the store. You can enable this mode in the general settings. The bot will automatically send comments, but you can also edit some response options and resubmit them to the store.

User Management

A company can only have one super-user, but it can have multiple admins. The super-user is the initial account that needs to be created by the company before starting to use the application.

When you click the Add new User button on the Users tab and enter the employee's name and email, they will receive the login and password needed to access the application via email.

No, when the super user/admin adds new users, all access to existing connections will be available to them as well.

Connections

Connections details

It is a link between the store with your games and our application, allowing the bot to send responses to player comments on your behalf.

It is completely safe because you control the level of permissions granted—in our case, it is only the ability to respond to reviews and view app information.

Typically, the connection is established within a few minutes. During this time, the status of your connection changes from pending to active in the status column

No, you can add new connections and delete old ones without any restrictions.

Please make sure you are pasting a link to the Google Store, not to the console, and that you have copied the link to the entire account, not to a specific game.

You can do this through the "forgot your password" page, where you'll receive a password reset link via email.

Games with the highest number of comments are displayed at the top of the page.

The "draft" status means that the bot has generated a response to a comment but has not yet submitted it to the store. You can edit it and click "submit" to send it to the store. The "Submitted" status means that the response to the comment has already been sent to the store, but you can still edit it and resubmit if needed.
